畜产品中沙门氏菌检验方法的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 沙门氏菌分为5个属,共有2020个血清型,我国发现的血清型近200个。沙门氏菌病是一种人畜共患病,在动物中广泛传播,能导致鸡白痢、鸡伤寒、副伤寒、仔猪副伤寒、流产等多种动物疾病,人的沙门氏菌感染和带菌也非常普遍,在世界各地的食物中毒中,沙门氏菌食物中毒占第二位。常引起食物中毒的有鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌等。
