强化精氨酸、谷氨酰胺营养支持治疗对恶性肿瘤患者体液免疫功能影响研究

STUDY OF EFFECT OF ARGININE AND GLUTAMINE ENHANCED NUTRITION ON HUMORAL IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMOR

目的调查分析营养支持治疗中应用强化精氨酸、谷氨酰胺对恶性肿瘤患者体液免疫功能影响。方法阳江市人民医院2009年3月1日～2010年6月30日确诊恶性肿瘤患者35例,开始研究观察的第一疗程后第1、9天与第二疗程应用强化精氨酸、谷氨酰胺营养支持治疗后第1、9天有关体液免疫指标比较。结果患者二次治疗后第1、9天与初次治疗后第1、9天免疫指标(IgA、IgG、C3、CH50)比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论强化精氨酸、谷氨酰胺营养支持治疗对恶性肿瘤患者可提高部分体液免疫指标,促进免疫功能恢复。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of arginine and glutamine enhanced nutrition on humors] immune function in patients with malignant tumor. Methods 35 patients with malignant tumor coUeeted from march 2010 to June 2010 were included in this study. The indicators of hunmoral function were tested in the first and ninth day both of the first course of medical treatments without arginine and glutamine enhanced nutrition and the sec- ond course of medical treatments with arginine and glutamine enhanced nutrition. Results The IgA,IgG ,C3 ,CH50 of malignant tumor patients treated with arginine and glutamine enhanced nutrition were higher than those without it （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Arginine and glutamine enhanced nutrition could effectively amelirate immune function of patients with malignant tumor.
