摘要
目的探讨围手术期营养支持对蛋白质-热能营养不良患者的影响。方法选择2009年3月~2010年10月本院外科住院的营养不良病人,分成对照组和营养治疗组,对照组采用自主配餐的形式进行膳食补充,营养治疗组由营养医生制订营养支持方案进行营养支持。结果营养治疗组在患者体重、血红蛋白、术后感染率、住院时间、住院费用等方面比对照组均有明显改善,p<0.05。结论对PEM患者进行围手术期的营养支持可以增加患者的体重和Hb,同时缩短住院时间和住院费用。
Objective To study the effect of the perioperative nutritional support for protein - energy malnutrition patients. Methods I chose the hospital manutritional patients in the surgery from March 2009 to October 2010,divided into control group and nutritional treatment group. The control group got dietary supplements in the form of self - catering,the nutritional treatment group re- ceived a nutritional support which was made into the nutritional support program by nutritional doctors. Results The nutritional treat- ment group had more significant improvements than the control group in body weight, hemoglohin, postoperative infection rates, hospital stay,hospital costs and so on,p 〈 0.05. Conclusion The nutritional support to PEM perioperative patients can increase the patients' weight and Hb,while reducing hospital stay and hospital costs.
