家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis)表面蛋白提取法研究

STUDY ON THE EXTRACTION OF SURFACE PROTEIN OF NOSEMA BOMBYCIS

对微孢子虫表面蛋白的提取法研究表明，在微孢子虫的纯化中采用蔗糖法、甘油法及Ｐｅｒｃｏｌ法，结果Ｐｅｒｃｏｌ法是纯化微孢子虫的理想方法。微孢子虫表面蛋白采用高盐法、碱法及ＳＤＳ法提取，其蛋白量的ＯＤ值分别为０．０９４，０．０２１和０．２６８，ＳＤＳ法提取量最多。

Of the three methods used in the present study, the Percoll method appeared to be the best one for the purification of Nosema bombycis . Of the three methods for extracting surface protein of N.b, SDS method gave the best results.
