摘要
本试验研究了连作胁迫条件下,硒在减轻连作胁迫对大豆膜脂过氧化损伤中的作用。结果表明,在重茬盆栽和迎茬小区试验中,硒的施用显著提高了大豆叶片中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( G S H- Px)的活性,方差分析结果分别为 F=13.00和 F= 5.12。由于 G S H- Px 活性的提高,使大豆叶片中膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛( M D A)的含量明显降低,二者呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为r=- 0.967和r= - 0.691;在重茬盆栽试验中,硒处理明显地提高大豆对红蜘蛛的抗性,使产量较对照增加93.2% ~112.7% , F= 26.55。在迎茬小区试验中,硒处理使大豆产量提高12.96% ~14.53% ,但方差分析未达到显著水平。
Experiments were conducted to study the effects of Se on reducing the peroxidation damage of membrane lipin of soybean induced by continuous cropping. Results showed that Se could increase the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in soybean leaves significantly in continuous cropping pot experiment and in alternate cropping plot experiment (F=13.00 * * and F=5.12 * *). Because of the increase of GSH-Px activity, the content of product of lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde (MDA), decreased obviouly, and there was a significant negative correlation between them, The correlation coefficients were r= -0.967 * * and r=-0.691 * * respectively. In pot experiment with continuous cropped soils, Se increased the resistance of soybean to red spiders and therefore increased soybean yield by 93.2-112.7%, F=26.35 * *. In alternate cropping plot experiment, Se also increased soybean yield by 12.69-14.53%, although analysis of variance shows that this was not significant.
