摘要
本文以4个组合的 F2单株及与其相对应的 F3株系为材料,研究了株高、千粒重等5个农艺性状在 F_2与 F_3代间的遗传力;分析了 F_3株系性状间的相关;并以株系的样段产量为依变量,以与其有关的5个变量为自变量作了通径分析。结果表明:1.各种方法估算的遗传力基本趋势一致。株高、千粒重的遗传力大于穗粒数、株粒数及单株穗数。2.千粒重与株高呈正相关,与穗粒数呈负相关,相关系数的大小因组合而异。3.千粒重、株高、穗粒数对产量的作用途径及大小因组合而异。
Using the F_1 plants and their respective F3 progenies of four crosses of win- ter wheat,the heritability between the F2 and F3 generations,the phenotypic and genotypie correlations between different characters were studied with the purpose of obtaining information for the improvement of kernel weight.The results are as follows: Ⅰ.Analysis with different methods showed the similar trend that heritability of plant height and 1000-kernel weight was larger than that of kernel number per spike,kernel number per plant and spike number per plant.Ⅱ.positive correlation was found between 1000-kernel weight and plant height whereas negative correlation existed between kernel number per spike and 1000-kernel weight;the magnitude of correlation coefficient varied with different crosses.Ⅲ.The direct and indirect effects of lO00-kernel weight,plant height,kernel number per spike on yield varied with different crosses.
