无促凝剂快速分离血清方法及效果观察

The effect and the method of separating serum without accelerator

目的探索无促凝剂快速分离血清,以便患者血液尽快检验。方法用手指轻轻弹动玻璃试管,将离心后血球上层的血小板与血浆混匀,置水箱10～25min即可分离血清。结果绝大多数患者标本都能分离出满意的血清,与普通法分离的血清在21个生化项目上测定比较,其数据经统计学处理,r=0.99998,P=0.827,两者相关性好,差异无统计学意义。结论无促凝剂快速分离血清方法,速度快,效果好,可以用于临床。

Objective To find out the method of how to separate the serum to get the best result. Methods Flip the test tube to mix the hemoblast and plasm after taking out of the centrifugation by the finger,put the tube in the water box for 10--25 mins and then the serum will come out. Results we can get the serum with good result in most of the patients. When compared with thenormal way of separating the serum for the detection of 21 item of biological and chemical test, we get the result r= 0. 999 98, P= 0. 827,indicating good consistence. Conclusion The effect of separate serum without accelerator is fast and can get good result, thus is suitable for the clinical laboratory.
