摘要
从分析逆变器的死区入手,考虑了开关器件的固有特性,简单分析了死区及开关器件的固有特性对逆变器输出及整个系统的影响,选择了具有代表性的电流反馈补偿方法和基于无效器件的补偿方法,对其补偿原理进行分析,并进行了具体的MATLAB仿真研究,仿真结果表明了所提出方法的有效性和可行性,同时通过比较两种补偿方法的仿真结果,得出两种补偿方法的优劣。研究对于提高和改善变频调速系统的性能,以及对死区问题的分析有很好的借鉴意义。
The dead-time and its effect on the converter output voltage and the whole system were studied.Chose the respresentative current feedback compensation and the compensation device based on ineffective methods,MAT-LAB simulation was used to prove the availability and the feasibility of the proposed two schemes.the advantage and disadvantage of the two compensation methods were shown by comparing the simulation results of the proposed two schemes.The studies had the value for improving the performance of the AC machine driver and the further study of the dead-time effect.
