HIV特异细胞免疫研究进展及其对疫苗发展的意义 被引量:2

摘要 细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTLs)在控制人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)1型感染中起重要作用。然而其作用是有限的,因为HIV-1变异株的不断出现,这些变异株的CTL表位也发生了突变。一些HIV感染者疾病长期不进展,在这些感染者中存在高频数的HIV-1特异CTLs,是HIV感染被控制的原因还是结果需要进一步研究。新观点认为,不是CTLs溶解细胞活性,而是通过选择复制能力降低HIV-1变异株,使病毒载量减少。研究表明,为了达到防止HIV-1感染,疫苗应该引起广泛的、有效的中和抗体反应,同时引起有效的CTLs反应。本文对HIV细胞免疫研究进展和HIV疫苗的发展作一综述。
