肽核酸荧光原位杂交技术:1种检测慢性伤口感染生物膜的新工具 被引量:2

摘要 在发达国家,慢性难愈合伤口感染在人群的发生率约为1%~2%。大量文献报道认为,慢性难愈合伤口感染与细菌生物膜(bacterialbiofilm,BBF)的形成相关。黏附于组织表面的BBF,由约占1/3的微菌落和占2/3的细菌分泌的水化聚合基质组成。存在于慢性伤口生物膜中的细菌可抵抗吞噬细胞的吞噬作用及抗生素的杀灭作用。为阐明细菌生物膜与慢性难愈合伤口之间的相互关系,许多诊断技术(如光镜检查技术、电子显微镜技术、荧光显微镜技术)及靶细胞放大扩增的分子生物学技术(如PCR)被广泛地应用于检测生物膜中的细菌。
