FK506对肾移植患者Th细胞亚群分化的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究抗排斥药物FK506对肾移植患者Th1细胞和Th2细胞分化的影响。方法大连市友谊医院92例肾移植3年以上患者服用FK506前及服用FK5062h后抽血,运用流式细胞仪进行Th1细胞和Th2细胞的检测。计算均值并进行统计学分析。结果服用FK506后,Th1细胞百分率[(8.45±1.57)%]明显低于服用FK506前[(13.66±2.41)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服用FK506前,Th2百分率[(1.19±0.36)%]与服用FK506后Th2百分率[(1.21±0.29)%]相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论服用FK5062h后,对肾移植患者的Th1细胞有明显的抑制作用。Th2细胞分化可能不受FK506的影响。
