80后护士工作环境满意度与离职意愿现状调查分析 被引量:24

摘要 [目的]了解郴州市80后护士工作环境满意度、离职意愿现状,探讨两者之间的关系。[方法]采用护士一般情况调查表、护士工作环境调查表、离职意愿量表对郴州市6所公立综合性医院608名80后护士进行问卷调查。[结果]80后护士工作环境满意度量表8个维度得分由高到低为:排班方式、护理管理者的能力、团队合作、安全保障、专业的发展、护士参与医院事务、工作认可、工作报酬;80后护士的离职意愿总分为16.79分±3.27分;工作环境满意度各维度与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01)。[结论]护理管理者应重视提高80后护士对工作环境的满意度,以降低80后护士离职率。 Objective:To know about the status quo of the satisfaction of of nurses born after 1980 toward working environment and intention of leaving from one's office in Chenzhou city,and to probe into the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 608 nurses born after 1980 from 6 public general hospitals in Chenzhou city were investigated by adopting nurses' general condition questionnaire,working environment questionnaire and intention of leaving one's office questionnaire.Results:Totally 8 dimensions scores of working environment questionnaire of nurses were in orderly as on-duty mode,ability of nursing administrators,team cooperation,safety guarantee,professional development,nurse participating in hospital affairs,job approval and payment for work.Scores of nurses' intention of leaving from one's office were 16.79±3.27.There was negative correlation between each dimensions of working environment satisfaction and intention of leaving from one's office(P0.01).Conclusion:Nursing administrators should pay more attention to enhance nurses' working environment satisfaction so as to reduce the rate of leaving from one's office of nurses born after 1980.
