我国中职师资培养培训能力建设的现状分析及其建议

The Actuality and Reflectibility on Secondary Vocational Teaching Staffs' Cultivation and Training Capability in China

通过对我国中等职业学校教师素质提高计划实施现状的梳理分析,从职教师资培养培训基地建设、师资制度、培养培训能力等维度全面展示我国近些年在中等职业教育师资培养培训方面取得的成就,并提出推动中职师资培养培训体系可持续发展的思路与构想。

Through collating and analyzing information on improving the quality of secondary vocational school teachers plan, we develop a comprehensive display, on vocational training bases, teacher system, training capability and other dimensions of secondary vocational education teaching staffs training and cultivation, to exhibit our educational achievement in China in recent years, and give a proposal to promote vocational training system and the concept of sustainable development ideas.
