中职生顶岗实习现状的调查分析

A Survey on Present Situation of On-the-job Internship of Secondary Vocational School Students

调查发现:目前顶岗实习存在实习单位难寻、实习协议缺失、实习计划异化、轮岗实习匮乏、日实习时间过长、学校实习管理乏力、实习单位社会责任感不强和教育部门实习监管缺位等问题。为解决这些问题,文章提出了相应的建议和对策。

In purpose of probing the present situation of on-the-job internship of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational schools＇ backbone teachers are researched on the subjects of opportunity, agreement, plan, content, arrangement, and management of on-the-job internship. Eight problems are found, such as internship opportunity scarcity, internship agreement scarcity, as so on. Five suggestions also are put forward to resolve the problems.
