ArcGIS Server provides a platform to develop space related enterprise applications,on which web applications and services based have broad application prospects.It mainly introduced the architecture of ArcGIS Server and its configuration and management and took example for realtime riverine information publication sub-system to show the way how to transfer the task of AO API to the ADF-tier to promote the performance of system.
