摘要
结合机床再制造实践,建立了包括经济性、技术性、资源性、环境性的机床再制造方案综合评价指标体系,并对各个指标的量化方法进行了分析;提出了一种基于熵权与层次分析法的机床再制造方案综合评价方法。通过在某企业车床再制造中的应用,验证了所提方法的有效性。
According to the practice of machine tool remanufacturing,the evaluation index system of machine tool remanufacturing which included economy,technology,resource and environment was established,and the quantitative methods of the indexes were analyzed.In addition,the evaluation method of machine tool remanufacturing scheme based on entropy weight and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was proposed.Finally,this method was applied in an enterprise's lathe remanufacturing,and its effectiveness was verified.
