康复治疗对首发精神分裂症患者心理健康状况的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation on Psychological Health in First Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨康复治疗对首发精神分裂症患者心理健康状况的影响。方法 将86例首发精神分裂症患者分为干预组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗和常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上给予康复治疗。采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对两组患者干预前及干预8周后进行测评。结果 干预8周后,两组SCL-90总分低于干预前(P<0.05);干预组SCL-90总分、各因子分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 康复治疗能明显改善首发精神分裂症患者的心理健康水平。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation on psychological health in first schizophrenic patients.Methods 86 patients were divided into observation group and control group equally.Patients in both groups received medical treatment and routine health education.Patients in observation group received rehabilitation in addition.They were assessed with Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）before and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of SCL-90 in both groups reduced significantly（P0.05）,and less in the observation group than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Rehabilitation can improve the psychological health for patients with first schizophrenia.
