社区精神分裂症患者家庭功能及家庭亲密度和适应性研究

Family Function,Cohesion and Adaptability of Community Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者的家庭功能以及亲密度和适应性特点。方法 采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)及家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)对92例社区精神分裂症患者(患者组)和88例健康志愿者(对照组)进行调查。结果 FES-CV评分患者组亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、娱乐性、组织性、控制性因子分均明显低于对照组,矛盾性因子分明显高于对照组(均P<0.01),知识性和道德宗教因子分与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);FACESⅡ-CV评分患者组各因子分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 精神分裂症患者的家庭支持系统不良。

Objective To explore the features of family function,cohesion and adaptability of community patients with schizophrenia.Methods 92 community patients with schizophrenia and 88 healthy volunteers were measured with the Family Environment Scale（FES-CV） and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale（FACESⅡ-CV）.Results Compared with the controls,the scores of cohesion,feeling expression,independence,achievement,entertainment,sense of orientation in FES-CV were different significantly in the patients（P0.01）.there were no significant difference in the scores of intelligent and ethical-religion factors（P0.05）.Each factor score of the FACESⅡ-CV was significantly lower in the patients than in the controls（P0.01）.Conclusion There are defects in the family support system of patients with schizophrenia.
