摘要
经过二十多年的建设与发展,我国高等教育信息化的实践与发展取得了显著成绩,由于网络教育资源的特殊性和其他因素,使网络教育资源相对缺乏,从而严重阻碍了我国高等教育信息化深层次的发展。本文就此进行了分析研究,并提出几点建议仅供参考。
After more than 20 years construction and the development,our country higher education information practice and the development has obtained the remarkable result,as a result of the network education resources particularity and other factors,causes the network education resources to lack,thus seriously has hindered our country higher education information deep level development.This article has conducted the analysis research in light of this,and proposed several suggestions only supplies the reference
