为达到塑造完善人格,实现人的全面、和谐、自由发展的目标,"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学模式必须进行教学内容、教学过程和教学考核体系的全面变革。教学内容方面实施课程负责人制的同时,注重与学生层次、专业特征相结合,切实关注学生热点,抓住社会焦点,破解思想疑点;教学过程方面建立理论教学和实践教学相统一的教学组织形式;教学考核方面构建与"基础"课教学目标以及教学内容的设计、教学方法的采用相匹配的全方位、全程性的综合、动态的考核体系。

In order to shape the perfect personality and to realize the comprehensive,harmonious and free development goals,the teaching model of ＂The Ideological Ethic Cultivation and the Legal Basis＂ must be comprehensively reformed in such aspects as teaching content,teaching process and evaluation system.The course leaders should be responsible for the implementation of teaching content who at the same time need to pay attention to levels of the students academic capability and the professional features.The teachers should truly care about what the students think about and what are under spotlight that the public is concerned about and the ideological doubts that puzzle the public.
