Governance of Regional Cooperation:An Eco-administration Perspective

行政生态学是生态学与行政学相结合而形成的一个边缘学科,它运用生态学的理论和方法来研究公共行政。从行政生态学的视角而言,区域合作治理是在政治、经济、社会、文化多种行政环境因素影响下产生的,是满足行政生态动态平衡的必然要求。面对区域合作理论在现实生活中存在的若干问题,行政生态学从各角度对其进行系统分析,提出解决对策,使之更加完善。

Eco-administration, an interdisciplinary but marginal branch of study, approaches public administration by ecological theories and methods. Viewed from eco-administration, governance of regional cooperation is subject to the influence.of politics, economy, society, culture and many other administrative factors. It responds to the dynamic balance of administrative ecology. Many of the problems in applying theories of regional cooperation to actual practice can find solutions and thus be improved if they are approached by eco-administration on a systematical basis.
