摘要
大学生"村官"计划的实施,优化了村级干部队伍结构,提高了村干部的整体素质;促进了所在村经济社会文化的发展,推进了新农村建设步伐;开辟了选拔培养干部的新途径;储备了农村基层组织建设所需要的管理人才。因此,必须建立和完善保证大学生"村官""下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动"的长效机制。
The implementation of the college students "village leaders" (CSVL) plan has optimized the structure of village-level cadres, improved their overall quality, promoted the development of economy and social culture, and enhanced the construction of a new socialist countryside. It helps to find a new way of selecting and training cadres, and reserve talents for the administration of rural grassroots organizations. Therefore, we must formulate a long-term mechanism to ensure that college graduate can stay long and do well in the countryside.
