Administrative culture is the profound structure of the administrating system.It is the soul of the administrative management and serves as an important theoretical framework in the area of the public administration.The basic theoretical study of administrative culture is fundamental to the study of public administration.This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the present study of our country through the meanings,styles,components,and functions of administrative culture.
