摘要
通过查阅文献、收集二手数据,从不同角度进行定性分析,对台湾地区全民健康保险的基本情况进行总结,同时对其运行10多年来的成就及所出现的问题进行阐述,提出健康保险未来发展中应注重社会公平,加强财务管理,健全支付方式,推进电子化服务。
This article collected and analyzed literature and secondary data through different aspects. Based on this,it summarized the National Health Insurance of Taiwan,expounded its effects and problems over 10 years of operation,and at the end suggested that it pay more attention to social equity,enhance fiscal management,provide more modes of payment and promote its e-service in the future.
