摘要
使用计算流体力学的方法,在连续操作状态下,模拟研究结晶器内晶体悬浮状态.重点考察在不同搅拌速度下,不同粒径的晶体在结晶器内的混合状态和分布与排料位置的关系.对在容积为10,L的DTB结晶器进行模拟.结果表明,晶体的粒径和搅拌速度对混合状态有很大的影响,而排料口的高度则对结晶器的混合状态无明显影响.
The particle distribution in crystallizer was studied with computational fluid dynamics simulation under continu-ous operation.The effect of mixing intensity and product remove location on particle distribution were studied for different sizes particles.The simulation was carried out in a 10 liter DTB crystallizer.The results show that the particle distribution in a crystallizer is strongly dependent on the size of the particle and the mixing intensity.The product remove location does not affect much under the studied condition.
