摘要
藏族教师专业化发展面临着外部环境支撑和自身条件的限制,依托"农远工程",可以从双语教学资源、教师培训、教师与专家共同体等方面促进藏族教师的专业化发展。
Tibetan teachers’ professional development faced the restrictions of insufficient external support and their own conditions.But by relying on the rural distance education projects,it can promote Tibetan teacher professional development via bilingual teaching resources,teacher's training and cooperation with experts.
