摘要
目前,职业教育受到国家的高度重视,可从《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中窥见一斑。从职业教育的实施者、管理者、社会3个层面出发,谈谈如何提高职业教育质量,促进教育公平的问题。
At present,the vocational education is highly affected by the state,which is clearly issued from the Medium and Long-term National Educational Reform and Development Plan（2010-2020）.This paper takes the aspects of executors,managers about how to improve the social education quality into consideration to promote vocational education fair question.
