摘要
对苗期人工接种炭疽病表现高抗且田间鉴定农艺性状优良的3份菜豆抗源材料进行了抗性遗传分析。结果表明,这些材料对炭疽病的抗性均为显性遗传,其中来自意大利和日本的2个矮生材料由显性单基因控制,而来自我国吉林的1个蔓生材料表现出较复杂的遗传特性。
Inheritance of resistance to anthracnose in three crosses of snapbean was investigated. Results show that in all crosses the resistance was controlled by dominant genes. Data in two crosses support the hypothesis that a single dominant gene controls the resistance. However,the cross involved in Chinese local cultivar showed a complicated inheritance and further research is required.
