摘要
介绍微波硫灯的发光原理;详尽阐述发光物质种类及用量、灯泡形状及体积、启动气体的种类和压力等因素对硫灯光效、光色的影响;启动气体和泡壳材料对硫灯启动的影响,以及发光物质用量、泡壳材料等因素对硫灯寿命的影响;研制了彩色微波硫灯,并对其色彩不稳定、不易重复且再启动困难的现象进行了技术分析;最后总结了微波硫灯目前尚存在的问题,对未来进行了展望。
In this article, luminous principle of microwave sulfur lamp is introduced firstly, and then some information are elaborated, such as the impact of luminous substance sort and quantity, bulb shape and size, start gas sort and pressure on luminous efficacy and light color, the impact of start gas and bulb material on lamp start, the impact of luminous substance quantity and bulb material on bulb lifetime. In addition, a color microwave sulfur lamp is developed, and the causes of the unstable color and difficult restart performance of this lamp are analyzed. At last, the existing problem of microwave sulfur lamp is mentioned, and the future of the lamp is predicted.
