摘要
设计与研究了基于USB接口进行数据传输和控制的数控系统。系统的软件基于.NET Framework框架,采用C#语言编译,并提出Ribbon风格的图形界面。在Linux系统中嵌入RTAI内核,开发实时控制程序,其主要功能包括伺服的PID位置控制、IO控制、轨迹规划及样条曲线插补等。数控系统采用PIC18F4550芯片搭建系统的硬件平台,经实践证明该系统稳定可靠,能满足实际加工的需要。
CNC system based on using USB connection to transmit and control date is designed and investigated. System software based on NET Framework is developed in C#language and ribbon GUI style firstly put forward.Embed RTAI inner core in Linux system is to explore timely control system whose mainly functions such as PID position control of serve,IO control,trajectory plan and Nurbs interpolation etc.The USB CNC system established hardware platform by using PIC18F4550 core was proved to be stable and reliable and can be practically applied.
