摘要
基于4自由度模型,研究前后悬架刚度对平顺性的影响,进而匹配悬架刚度。建立1/2汽车模型,以前后悬架刚度值为自变量,以C级路面谱输入为例,计算车辆对路面输入的振动响应,用数值计算的方法,得出平顺性各参数的函数,在常用偏频范围内,绘制函数特性曲面及等值线图,进而设计者可以综合选取满足要求的刚度值。
This paper studies the influence of suspensions stiffness on ride in a 4 DOF model,for the purpose of matching suspensions stiffness.A model of half part of car is built up.The front and rear suspensions stiffness is taken as variables.Zero mean white noise velocity input is taken as an example,in order to calculating vibration responses with numerical method.Surface figures and contour maps are plotted within common range of natural frequency.Then designer can design stiffness easily.
