摘要
微处理器为处理控制单元,通过ELID精密磨削技术对金属基砂轮进行在线修整,改变砂轮氧化膜厚度,从而调整ELID磨削状态。该方案自动处理数据,判断磨削膜厚状态,改变电解电源参数,使砂轮始终保持锋利状态。此方法实现磨削过程无人控制,砂轮连续自动修整,消除传统磨削加工停机修整砂轮的弊端,提高磨削效率,减少砂轮过快损耗。
The processing and control element is a microprocessor,ELID precision grinding technology is used to change oxide thickness of metal-based grinding wheel.This program automatically processes the data,determines the status of grinding film,changes the electrical parameters of power to provide grinding wheel sharp.This method achieves no control of the grinding process and automatic of grinding wheel dressing.It eliminates the defects of traditional grinding in which need to stop the machine to dressing wheel,this method not only improves efficiency but also reduces spillage of grinding wheel.
