摘要
外圈单开缝关节轴承在引裂过程中,外圈的结构尺寸与引裂力存在着一定的关系。利用平面曲杆的理论,推导出所需要的最小引裂力计算公式,为油压机选型提供计算依据。结果表明:当引裂力与断裂截面平行且引裂槽位于断裂截面内侧边缘处,所需引裂力最小。
In the process of cracking for spherical plain bearing with axial split,the cracking force is related to the structural dimension of outer ring.Based on the theory of plane curved bar,the minimum cracking force calculation formula was deduced to provide the basis for hydraulic press selection.The result indicated that when the cracking section is parallel with the direction of the cracking force,and the cracking groove is situated on the interior edge in the cracking section.
