摘要
借助3ds Max软件建立了车刀几何角度辅助教学系统虚拟实体模型,包括工件模型、车刀模型、正交平面参考系模型、刀具角度标注等。并针对系统的展示内容,利用3ds Max软件的动画技术为实体模型设计了动画方案,分时段展示了车削过程、刀具结构、正交平面参考系、主偏角、副偏角、刃倾角、前角和后角。系统实现了车刀几何角度的三维多视角动态展示,清晰地表达了车削原理、刀头结构、正交平面参考系的定义和车刀几何角度的内在含义。
In this paper,3ds Max software tools are used to establish a system of the model of the virtual entities to support teaching marked angles of the cutting tool,including the workpiece model,cutting tool model,orthogonal plane reference system model,the exegesis of the marked angles of the cutting tool.And for the displaying contents of the system,3ds Max animation technology is used to design animation for the solid model animation program,sub-time display of the cutting process,tool structure,the orthogonal plane reference system,the cutting edge angle,the minor cutting edge angle, tool cutting edge inclination angle,the rake angle and the clearance angle.The system achieves a three-dimensional dynamic display of the marked angles of the cutting tool,a clear expression of the principle of cutting,structure of the tool,the definitions of orthogonal plane reference system and the inherent meaning of the marked angles of the cutting tool.
