摘要
针对造访他人家庭更换拖鞋麻烦等问题,设计了一种鞋底敷层切割机。利用UG软件对切割机进行了三维设计建模,并通过运动仿真,对机构进行了运动干涉分析。对传动系统进行了详细的设计计算,并选择了电动机。该切割机的设计成功,彻底解决了带鞋套不够美观、对鞋底进行清洁仍会损伤木质地板等问题,极大地方便了客人的造访。
A sole coating cutting machine was designed in order to solve the problems caused by changing slippers when a person visits other families.The modeling of this 3D design for cutting machine was made by UG software.The motion interference for the structure of the cutting machine are analyzed by a simple moving simulator.Then,the electric motor was chosen after detail design calculations of the driveline system.Owing to the successful design of the cutting machine,some troubles,for example,it is not beautiful wearing shoe cover,cleaning the sole still has damage to the wood flooring and so on,are resolved completely.And it is convenient for the guest to visit.
