Based on the research for the relationship between the normal pressure calibration and the equivalent sealing area of the safety valve, the applicable calculation method and error controlling of the equivalent sealing area achieved by analysis is suitable to different types of safety valves, which will play an important role on the precision of on-line normal pressure calibration of the safety valve, and possesses guiding significance for engineers.
