摘要
文中基于双作用海(淡)水球塞泵定子轨道的结构特点,分析其加工难点,确定合理的数控加工方法,探讨了复杂定子轨道曲面数控加工技巧,克服了一般自动编程软件难以解决的侧向内凹复杂曲面刀具轨迹的计算与加工难题,为类似复杂零件的加工提供了有益的参考。
This article analyses the process difficuhies for double acting sea (fresh) water ball piston pump based on the structural characteristics of the stator, and then works out reasonable processing methods of numerical control. The paper discusses the processing skill of complicated curved surface of the stator orbit as well. It solves the difficulties as how to calculate the tool path of inset curve while other automatic programming soft wares may find it difficult to calculate. This also provides a good reference for processing similar complex components.
