导弹总体结构设计主模型技术的研究与实现

Research on Master Model Technology in Missile Structural Design

产品主模型技术是复杂产品研发平台的核心和基础。针对当前导弹武器设计的快速性和设计过程集成性的要求,文中通过对传统导弹总体结构设计过程的分析,研究并建立了导弹总体结构设计主模型。导弹总体结构设计主模型包括参数化模型,导弹总体结构控制模型,模型转换接口,规则描述集。开发了基于主模型的导弹总体结构设计系统,创建了设计向导,并结合实例对上述理论和方法进行了有效性验证。

Product master model is the key and basic technique for complex product development. To meet the demand for efficiency and integration of missile design processes, this paper proposes a missile structural design method based on product master model technology. This innovative model consists of parametric model, structural control model, model conversion interface and knowledge base. A missile structural design system with design wizard based on master model is developed and the feasibility of this technique is proved using an example.
