摘要
一系悬挂系统应用于一种新型城市有轨电车,实现有轨电车的100%低地板。系统由两根连杆、四个橡胶节点和一个橡胶弹簧组成。该系统与构架和轴箱定位装置组成可弹性变形的四连杆机构,实现轮对相对构架在垂向具有较大的弹性运动,在横向和纵向实现弹性定位,确保有轨电车的安全稳定运行。
The academic thesis introduces the new primary suspension system for a tram, to achieve a 100% low-floor vehicle. The system includes two links, four rubber bushings and one rubber spring. It consists with frame and bearing housing, can make up an elastic deformable four-bar linkage, to acbieve the relative-wheel-frame with more flexible movement in the vertical, and with flexible positioning in the horizontal and vertical, thus to ensure the tram running with safety and stablility.
