基于产业集群视角的中国塑料城物流发展模式探索

The Exploration on the Development Model of Logistics of China's Plastic Industry based on the Perspective of Cluster

产业集群是当今世界一种突出的经济现象,在提升区域经济发展和区域竞争中发挥着越来越重要的作用。一方面,集群在一定程度上拓展了其所生产产品的知名度,产生品牌效应;另一方面,由于集群内部存在激烈的恶性竞争,使得整个集群的优势发挥受到一定程度的限制。集群内的企业由于生产产品的同质性,使得其在原材料的需求上具有共通性。通过采取协同采购模式,增强集群内企业与物流企业、原材料供应商的谈判能力,降低其原材料及物流成本,促进集群内部企业竞争力的提升。

The industrial cluster is a prominent economic phenomenon, it is playing an increasingly important role in enhancing regional economic development and regional competition. On the one hand, the cluster expands the popularity of products to a certain extent, generates brand effect; the other hand, the advantages of the entire cluster are restricted because of fierce competition within the cluster. Because of the homogeneity of the products, it has commonality in the demand of raw materials. Through the adoption of collaborative procurement model, enhances the bargaining power of cluster enterprises with logistics cluster and suppliers of raw materials, reduces the cost of raw materials and logistics, advances the promotion on the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster.
