低碳经济为工业化以来的传统经济模式转向可持续发展的经济模式,提供了战略性的理论范式。低碳化战略是一个系统工程,为确保战略实施效果,要使企业发展战略与国家、地区发展战略趋同,需要政府、企业以及企业人力资源管理部门以低碳经济发展为主线,保持战略制定的一致性以及战略实施的协调性,以及以人为本的人力资源管理战略的完整性。
Low carbon economy provides a strategic theoretical paradigm for the traditional economy pattern since industrialization becomes the sustainable economic model. Low carbonization strategy is a systematic engineering. In order to ensure the implementating effect and make the enterprise development strategy and national, regional development strategy convergence, government, enterprises and enterprise human resources management department should tahe low carbon economic development as the main line, and maintain the consistency of the strategy formulation and implementation of coordination and the integrity of people-oriented human resource management strategy
