摘要
采用金相检验、化学分析等方法,对热轧镇静带钢出现的分层情况进行了探析。结果表明,带钢分层主要是由于带状组织和夹杂物引起的,因此必须严格控制带状组织与夹杂物。
According to analyze metal microstructure, chemical composition and gas content in the steel, we discuss the delaminating phenomenon of hot-rolling strips and give out the reason. The result shows that the delaminating phenomenon of hot-rolling strips is caused by zonal-structure and inclusions. In order to reduce the delaminating phenomenon, we must strictly control zonal-structure and inclusions.
