Construction Technologies of Embedded Sleeper Turnouts in High Speed Railway

针对京沪高速铁路徐州东站道岔种类多、现场施工环境复杂、道岔施工控制工期的情况,介绍轨枕埋入式道岔施工技术和施工工艺,重点对道岔的运输、装卸、组装和精调、混凝土浇筑、焊接等现场关键技术进行详细叙述。

In light of the various turnouts in Xuzhou East Station of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,complicated on-site construction environment,and control of turnouts construction period,this paper introduces the construction technologies and techniques of embedded sleeper turnouts,and elaborates in detail key on-site technologies,such as the transportation,dismantling,assembling and fine adjustment of turnouts,concrete casting,and welding.
