Design the monitoring administration management system based on RFID,with the advantages of RFID technology which is no-touch and automatic identify and Delphi software which is superior to design and manage medium and large scale database.The system is used to monitor culprits in jail.Analyze and design its hardware and software subsystem,realize real-time monitoring and administration within some area.
