摘要 本文设计一种高灵敏度芳香烃检测系统,它是以C8051F020单片机作为整个系统的处理器。采用氘灯作为系统的激发光源照射比色皿中的样本溶液产生的荧光在经过光电倍增管进行流压装换,然后在经过一系列处理通过单片机控制整个系统的运作,最后可以将检测结果显示在液晶显示屏上同时用微型打印机打印出来。该仪器在测量过程中无需对溶液进行人工萃取,并且有较高的检测精度,具有广泛的应用前景。 This paper is about the design of high sensitivity detection of aromatics in water system based on fluorescence,c8051f020 microcontroller unit as it is whole system processor.Deuterium lamp as the excitation light source of the system irradiates the sample in the cuvette,the generated fluorescence signal is transformed from current to voltage by photomuitplier,then after a series of processing through the entire system of c8051f020 microcontroller unit control operation,finally testing results can be displayed on the LCD screen simultaneously with micro printer printed.This instrument in measurement process of solution without artificial extraction,and has high precision,it has a broad prospect of application.
