The evolution of the U.S.Joint Technology Architecture in the background of net-centric concept was introduced.The background,objective,frame,function and standards inside of the new architecture which is defined as DISR was analyzed,and the difference between JTA and DISR was circumstantiated.The effect on improving information technology was illuminated finally.
