浅议金融学专业人才培养方案的改革与优化

The Reform and Optimization of Talents Training Plan of Finance Specialty:Taking China Women's University as an Example

由于经济形势的发展及金融学学科专业的发展变化,高校金融学专业人才培养面临着新一轮的挑战。本文在全面分析了金融学专业人才培养方案改革与优化背景的基础上,针对中华女子学院金融系发展的现状,探讨了金融学专业人才培养面临的形势及中华女子学院金融系毕业生的就业情况,反思了中华女子学院金融学专业人才培养方案的优势与不足,进而提出改革与优化的建议。

Finance specialty talents training in higher education is facing a new challenge with the change of economy situation and the development of finance specialty. Based on the status of China Women＇ s University, this article analyzes the situation of talents training of finance specialty and the employment status of graduates in finance department of China Women＇s University. Therefore, this article makes the reflection of the talents training plan and points out its advantage and disadvantage. At last, the article gives some measures on reforming and optimizing talents training plan.
