摘要
本文通过气象视频会商系统的现状和存在的不足等方面来阐述,提出在改造和升级过程要所要考虑的问题,同时对视频技术的未来发展进行了叙述。
In this paper,the status and shortcomings of Meteorology video consultation system is to be elaborated and will put forward the issue in the process of the transformation and upgrade and describe the future development of video technology as well.
