Designer Elisa Strozyk likes using a familiar material in an unconventional way, such as broking wood down into a grid of triangles and combining them with textiles. The 'Accordion Cabinet' is the result of collaboration with artist Sebastian Neeb. The cabinet has long legs and a flexible skin, which can be opened and closed by folding similarly to an accordion. The lampshade of 'Miss Maple' can be transformed manually in three-dimensional ways, and turns the lamp into sculptural object.
