摘要
本文以山西沁南煤层气开发高技术产业化示范工程为实例,为解决煤层气井地处偏僻,人工巡井困难等难题,同时借鉴油气田SCADA系统的成功经验,设计了一套基于GPRS通讯网络的数据采集及监控系统。该系统无需敷设通讯电缆就可以通过移动公司的GPRS网络将偏远地区的煤层气井工艺参数直接传送到上位机监控系统。本设计方法对其它行业的数据采集及监控系统建设也有着积极的借鉴意义。
The paper discusses a remote CBM data acquisition and monitor System based on GPRS in High and New Technology Industrialization Demonstrate Engineering of ShanXi Qinnan CBM Fields to solve the problem that CBM well is located remotely and hard to be inspected. After consulting some technical data and drawing on the successful experience of oil fields, a remote CBM data acquisition and monitor System based on GPRS is designed. This system can transform useful process data of the remote location CBM wells to the monitor system directly without laying cables. Our design can also provide positive significance for the other industry in this field.
